1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Trial Ghost Chrome Extension ("the Extension") provided by Halder Digital Assets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our extension.

2. Use License

Halder Digital Assets grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Trial Ghost for your personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension.
• Copy or reproduce the extension's source code, design, or functionality.
• Use the extension for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious purposes.
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate the Premium license verification system.

3. Premium Features & Payments

Trial Ghost offers optional Premium features, such as Google Calendar syncing. Payments for Premium are securely processed through our third-party merchant, Gumroad.

• Billing: By upgrading to Premium, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at checkout.
• License Keys: Your email address acts as your verification key. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email account used during purchase.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team if you experience technical issues that prevent the extension from functioning as described.

4. Important Disclaimer Regarding Subscriptions

Trial Ghost is a tracking and reminder tool, not a cancellation service.

While Trial Ghost aims to help you track free trials and avoid unwanted charges, you are solely responsible for manually canceling your subscriptions before they renew. Halder Digital Assets does not have the ability to cancel services on your behalf.

We are not liable for any financial losses, overdraft fees, or unwanted credit card charges incurred if you forget to cancel a trial, if a reminder fails to trigger, or if a service provider changes their billing terms.

5. Google Calendar Integration

If you use the Premium Google Calendar sync feature, you understand that this functionality relies on Google's APIs. Halder Digital Assets is not responsible for any downtime, API changes, or disruptions caused by Google that may affect the syncing of your reminders.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Trial Ghost extension is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Halder Digital Assets makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Halder Digital Assets, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the extension.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use Trial Ghost after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
