1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using halderdigitalassets.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Products & Services

We offer premium domains, source code, mobile applications, UI kits, and digital design products for sale. All assets are sold "as-is" with the descriptions provided. Buyers are responsible for due diligence including trademark checks where applicable.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed in full before delivery. Transactions over $500 are routed through licensed third-party escrow (Escrow.com or Dan.com).

4. License Grant

For source code and digital products, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for commercial use on a single end-product. For domains, full ownership transfers upon successful escrow completion.

5. Refunds

Digital goods including source code, apps, and design products are non-refundable once delivered. Domain transfers are final once completed via escrow. See our refund policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, and original designs are the intellectual property of Halder Digital Assets. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Halder Digital Assets be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product purchased. Total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the asset.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.
