1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, purchasing a domain, or downloading source code from Halder Digital Assets, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use this website if you do not accept all of the terms stated on this page.
2. Digital Products & Licensing
When you purchase Source Code or Graphic Assets from us:
- License Grant: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial projects (as specified in the product description).
- Redistribution: You may not resell, redistribute, or share the source files directly with third parties or as a standalone product.
- Modifications: You are free to modify the code or design to fit your specific needs.
3. Domain Name Sales
For domain name purchases:
- Transfer Responsibility: We will provide the EPP/Auth Code within 24-48 hours of payment clearance. It is your responsibility to initiate the transfer at your registrar.
- Ownership: Full ownership rights are transferred to you once the domain successfully lands in your account. We retain no claim over the domain after transfer.
- Escrow: For high-value domains, we mandate the use of Escrow.com to protect both parties. Fees are split 50/50 unless agreed otherwise.
4. Payments & Refunds
Digital Goods (Code/Design): Due to the nature of digital downloadable products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded, except in cases where the file is proven to be corrupt and unfixable.
Domains: Refunds are only possible if the transfer process has not yet been initiated. Once the transfer is approved, the sale is final.
5. Limitation of Liability
Halder Digital Assets will not be held liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits, damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs, and the data thereon.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
