Refund Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Domain Purchases
Domain transfers are non-refundable once the domain has been pushed or transferred to the buyer's account. This is the standard industry practice — once a domain leaves our possession, it cannot be reversed without the new owner's cooperation. All escrow.com transactions follow their own buyer-protection rules during the inspection period.
Source Code & Digital Products
Source code, mobile apps, UI kits, and digital products are non-refundable once download access has been granted, due to the nature of digital goods (the asset cannot be "returned"). However, if the product is materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days and we will work to fix the issue or, in extreme cases, refund the purchase price.
Custom Development
For custom development work, payments are taken in milestones. If you cancel mid-project, you pay only for completed milestones. Already-delivered code remains yours to use under the agreed license.
Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or escrow dispute, please email shuvo@halderdigitalassets.com. We genuinely care about each customer and most issues are resolved with a quick conversation.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the digital asset license. We will provide all transaction records and delivery proof to the payment processor.
