1. Overview
At Halder Digital Assets, we strive to ensure every client is satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the digital nature of our products (Domains, Source Code, Graphics), returns are handled differently than physical goods.
2. Digital Products (Code & Graphics)
General Rule: No Refunds.
Once a digital product (source code, script, app, or design file) has been downloaded, it cannot be "returned." Therefore, all sales of downloadable digital assets are final.
Exceptions:
We may offer a refund under the following strict conditions:
- The file is technically corrupt or damaged and cannot be opened.
- The product description was materially misleading or significantly different from the actual file provided.
3. Domain Names
Domain name sales are subject to specific conditions based on the transfer status:
- Before Transfer: If you change your mind before we have initiated the transfer process or sent you the Auth/EPP Code, you are eligible for a full refund (minus any transaction fees).
- After Transfer: Once the domain ownership has been transferred to your registrar account, the sale is final and non-refundable. We cannot reverse a domain transfer once completed.
4. Custom Development Services
For custom projects (website development, app modification):
- Upfront Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Milestone Payments: Refunds are not issued for completed milestones that have been approved by the client.
- Cancellation: If you cancel a project mid-way, you will be billed only for the work completed up to that point.
