Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to common questions.

How long does a domain transfer take?

For most registrars (Namecheap, GoDaddy, Dynadot) the push transfer is instant — typically within 5–15 minutes after escrow releases funds. For inter-registrar transfers, it can take 5–7 days.

Do you provide source code with documentation?

Yes — every script and app comes with installation instructions, a README, and sample environment configuration. Premium scripts also include video walkthroughs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support PayPal, Stripe (cards), bank wire, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, ETH) for direct purchases. For high-value items we route through Escrow.com or Dan.com.

Are the domains free of trademark issues?

We do an initial USPTO/WIPO check on every listed domain. However we strongly recommend buyers do their own trademark due diligence before purchase, especially for branded use cases.

Can I get a refund?

Digital products and source code are non-refundable once delivered, due to the nature of digital goods. Domains are non-refundable once transferred. Custom work has a milestone-based refund policy — see our refund page.

Do you offer custom development?

Yes — we take on custom Laravel/PHP, Android, and Figma design work. Contact us with your requirements for a quote.

Is the source code license commercial-use?

Yes. Every code product comes with a regular license that permits commercial use on a single end-product. For multi-tenant or SaaS resale, ask about an extended license.

How do I know the domain isn't scammed?

Every domain we list is owned by us, registered for years, and visible in public WHOIS history. We provide ownership proof before escrow. We only transfer through licensed escrow services.

Do you respond on weekends?

Yes — though typically slower than weekdays. We aim for 24-hour first response on all messages.

Can I trade-in another asset toward purchase?

For high-value purchases ($5k+), we sometimes accept trade-ins of premium domains. Contact us with details.
